The staff is wonderful here. The services are excellent. The location is very close to the best pubs. The hotel offers awesome and enjoyable breakfast. The breakfast includes home-made scones and a delicious cake.

The hotel is a great spot to base your vacation in Clonmacnoise. Every staff member is fantastic and goes above and beyond to meet your needs. the rooms are bright and spotless. the breakfast with delicious homemade cake and scones is absolutely magnificent.

We had an absolutely wonderful 3-night stay at this charming B&B. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful countryside, and the peaceful atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. The homemade breakfast was delicious, with mouthwatering scones and bread that we couldn't get enough of. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a cozy escape after a day of adventures.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of a system to notify the owners of our return, as they were sometimes difficult to reach when we came back.

The location of this place is great as it's situated in a cozy pub, and the breakfast options offered are varied and delicious.

As women traveling alone, we felt incredibly welcomed and safe at this B&B. the owners, Kate and John, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They provided delicious homemade baked goods and a hearty breakfast. the views of the Shannon River were breathtaking. We also appreciated the convenience of the location near Clonmacnoise and the M6. the staff's warm hospitality and great sense of humor made our stay even more enjoyable.

Martin and Noreen were absolutely LOVELY, welcoming us with tea and a delicious lemon cake. The nearby Clonmacnois abbey was a must-see and the accommodation was perfect - large, comfortable rooms with extremely clean bathrooms. The fresh and perfectly cooked full Irish breakfast was a highlight. Highly recommend staying here for the warm hospitality, free wi-fi, free parking, leisure/TV room. Totally mind-blowing!

I had the most amazing stay at this B&B. I was warmly welcomed by the hosts. They greeted me with tea and homemade scones, delicious. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, from the cozy and immaculate rooms to the rest of the B&B. The location of the hotel was perfect, nestled in the middle of picturesque pastureland with beautiful views to the horizon. It was just a few minutes away from the fine abbey that I came to visit, as well as being conveniently close to the charming village of Shannonbridge. The breakfast every morning was a highlight, with a traditional Irish spread that included ham, eggs, sausages, and strong coffee and tea. The staff were very good too make me feel like a valued guest, treating me like an old friend rather than just a customer.

The views were massive and cute. Made to feel at home. Interesting chats with the proprietors. Recommended to friends. Close to Clonmacnoise ruins and Athlone town. Kate and John were more than nice. Scones, tea, and nice conversation upon arrival. One of the best experiences. Friendly hosts who looked after us. Good location for exploring. Quiet and relaxing. Dog-friendly. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommend.

The view from the B&B was breathtaking, with beautiful scenery nearby. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. The room was clean and comfortable. They gave us great recommendations on places to visit. And let me tell you, the Irish breakfast they cooked was absolutely delicious! We couldn't get enough! We definitely want to come back to this wonderful place. Thank you for an amazing weekend!

The only downside was the weak internet connection throughout the area, but that's not the fault of the B&B. Everything else was perfect, especially the adorable dogs!
